Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridges fit the Oki MC562W?
The MC562W uses black 44469801, cyan 44469701, magenta 44469702, and yellow 44469703. The W adds wireless connectivity. The toner set is identical to the wired MC562.
Does wireless printing on the MC562W use more toner than USB printing?
No. Toner consumption is identical regardless of connection. Wireless, USB, and network jobs all use the same toner per page. Only page content affects cartridge life.
My MC562W color scans look great but prints look faded. Why?
The scanner and printer are independent, so faded prints point to low toner even when scans look perfect. Check the four cartridge levels and replace whichever is low.
