Frequently Asked Questions

My C330's colors look faded and uneven — is a full color set the right fix?

Often, yes. When one color fades, prints skew toward the remaining colors and everything looks off-balance; replacing only the emptiest cartridge can leave a fresh cartridge printing alongside two tired ones, and the imbalance shows. A matched set — the three color cartridges grouped under 44469703, 44469701 and 44469702 — resets all three color positions to the same starting point, which is why a set is the cleaner fix when the whole color output has gone dull rather than one color simply stopping.

How much printing does this set represent?

Each of the three cartridges is rated at up to 3,000 pages, so the set covers three color positions for roughly a full cycle of color work. How long that lasts depends entirely on coverage: a C330 printing occasional color letterheads stretches it for a long time, while full-color flyers draw the cartridges down far faster than the rating's standard test page suggests.

Why is there no black cartridge in the box?

Because on this printer family black is its own, separate high-yield cartridge with a different part number and a different replacement rhythm. This set is deliberately colors-only — cyan, magenta and yellow — so you are not forced to buy black every time the colors need attention. If your black is also low, it is ordered separately.

What does the set cost per cartridge?

The set is $55.30, which divides to about $18.43 per color cartridge. Against buying the three colors as individual cartridges over time, the set's value is mostly convenience and a matched starting point rather than a dramatic discount — the honest appeal is one order, three fresh color positions, no staggered replacements.

How do I confirm these are the right cartridges before ordering?

Check the number on a cartridge you are already using: 44469703, 44469701 and 44469702 are the three numbers this set covers, listed together because the set replaces all three positions at once. The set also serves the wider family — C310, C330dn, C331dn, C510dn, C530dn, C531dn and the MC362 and MC562 series among them — but the part number on your own cartridge is the surest confirmation.

What protection comes with a compatible set like this?

A one-year warranty and one-year free returns, detailed on the shipping & returns page. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and the support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. More of the range is on the Okidata brand page.

About This C330 3-Color Set

Think of this set as a color reset for the C330: cyan, magenta and yellow together under 44469703, 44469701 and 44469702, up to 3,000 pages from each, $55.30 for all three. It suits the moment when color output has faded as a whole and one-at-a-time replacements would keep the printer permanently out of balance. Black stays a separate purchase, as it should on this family. The cartridges are compatible rather than Oki-branded, and a one-year warranty with one-year free returns stands behind them.
