C331DN
A networked color laser printer with duplexing, the Okidata C331DN sits one step above the entry-level C310 line and suits small workgroups that print plenty of color documents. It takes the Type C17 cartridge set — 44469801 for black at 3,500 pages, and 44469701, 44469702, and 44469703 for yellow, magenta, and cyan at 3,000 pages each — plus 5,000-page high-yield options when volume climbs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What toner set does the Oki C331DN use?
The C331DN uses black 44469801, cyan 44469701, magenta 44469702, and yellow 44469703, the same family as the C331 and C510DN. The DN adds duplex and networking without changing cartridges.
How do I set the C331DN to print black and white by default?
Change the driver default to monochrome or grayscale on each computer that prints to it. This keeps the color cartridges nearly untouched during everyday printing.
My C331DN jams when duplexing. Is that toner-related?
No. Duplex jams are a paper-path issue, not a toner issue. Check paper weight and make sure the paper guides are snug. Toner problems show up as print defects, not jams.
