Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridges does the Oki C510 use?
The C510 uses black 44469801, cyan 44469701, magenta 44469702, and yellow 44469703, the same family as the C510DN, C331DN, and MC562 series. Cartridges are interchangeable across these models.
My C510 prints black text fine but graphics print without color. Why?
Check that the driver is not set to black-and-white mode, which suppresses color output. If settings are correct, a color cartridge may be empty or unseated.
How long can I store spare C510 cartridges?
Sealed cartridges stored flat in a cool, dry place stay usable for a long time. Keep them out of direct sunlight, and install the oldest spare first when you need one.
