Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridges fit the Oki C331 and C530dn?
Both the C331 and the C530dn use black 44469801, cyan 44469701, magenta 44469702, and yellow 44469703. One four-cartridge set covers both models.
I have a C331. Can I use cartridges bought for a C530dn?
Yes. Since both models share the exact same cartridge family, cartridges are interchangeable between them. Just match each cartridge to its color slot when installing.
Why does my C530dn use black toner faster than expected?
Check whether color pages are printing in composite black, which drains the color cartridges instead of the black one. For text-heavy work, force black-only mode so the 44469801 cartridge does the work.
