Frequently Asked Questions

Does the OKI MC351 use the same toner as the C511DN?

Yes. The MC351 is the multifunction sibling of the C511DN and uses the identical set: black 44469801, cyan 44469701, magenta 44469702, and yellow 44469703.

Can I make color copies on the MC351 when the black cartridge is low?

Color copying needs all four cartridges, including black 44469801, because black is used in mixed colors too. Keep a spare black cartridge if color copying is part of your daily routine.

My MC351 jams frequently. Could the toner cartridges be causing it?

Unlikely. Jams on the MC351 almost always come from the paper path: misaligned tray guides, curled or damp paper, or worn rollers. Check those before suspecting the 44469701-series cartridges.
