Frequently Asked Questions

Does "Premium Quality" mean this C511DN set is priced above the standard set?

It does not. Both listings are $64.38, and both carry the same ratings — black up to 3,500 pages, each color up to 3,000 pages. We present the Premium Quality listing at price parity with the standard one rather than dressing it up as a higher tier, so you can order whichever is available with a clear conscience.

We print a lot of color documents and slides. Is a full set the right buy?

Usually, yes. Color-heavy work drains all three colors unevenly, and starting a busy period with four fresh cartridges — about $16.10 each across the set — avoids the mid-project scramble when a single color gives out during a deadline run on the C511DN.

Which part numbers am I actually buying?

The four cartridges in the box correspond collectively to Oki part numbers 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703. Keep those numbers with your printer records; they are the reliable identifier for reordering, whichever listing name you bought under.

One color is warning low but the others look fine. Replace just that one?

You can — every position in the C511DN swaps independently. Fit the low color from this set and keep the remaining cartridges sealed as spares. Nothing in the set forces a four-at-once installation.

What yields should our office realistically plan around?

Plan by class: black in the 3,500-page class, colors in the 3,000-page class, both at the standard 5% coverage measure. Dense graphics, photos and full-page backgrounds will pull real-world results below the rating; text documents will track much closer to it.

What protection backs the purchase?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, set out on our shipping & returns page. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, with support available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
