Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridges fit the MC362w MFP?
The MC362w MFP uses four individual toner cartridges — black (44469701), cyan (44469702), magenta (44469703) and yellow (44469801). Each color is replaced on its own when it runs out.
Do I have to replace all four cartridges in the MC362w MFP at the same time?
No — each cartridge in the MC362w MFP works independently, so you only replace the color that runs out. The other three keep working until they are spent.
Do compatible cartridges work reliably in the MC362w MFP?
Genuine OKI cartridges are engineered for the MC362w MFP's LED printheads and page-counting, so they deliver the rated quality and yield. Third-party cartridges may work but can trigger recognition errors or void warranty coverage on print-quality claims.
