Frequently Asked Questions

What does this Jumbo 5 Pack contain?

Five sealed black cartridges, each carrying both identifiers — CE390A on the full part-number side, HP 90A as the short series name. There is nothing to assemble or pair up: any unit fits any machine in the family.

When is five the right depth of stock?

When a department prints steadily and the person ordering has better things to do than watch toner levels. Five units put months of printing on the shelf while keeping the stock young enough to rotate through comfortably.

When should the next order be placed?

A workable rule for this size: reorder when the second-to-last sealed cartridge leaves the shelf. That leaves one full unit of buffer while the new box travels, and the rhythm repeats without anyone tracking page counts.

Does Jumbo on the box change the page rating?

The rating published for this listing is 10,000 pages per cartridge, and that is the figure stated for every unit in the box. The Jumbo word belongs to the listing's name; no higher yield is promised for these cartridges.

Where can these cartridges be used?

Across the LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601, M602 and M603 printers and the M4555 multifunction line, including the Enterprise M4555f. One stock item serves the whole monochrome family.

What warranty and return terms apply?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns apply cartridge by cartridge: a defective unit does not drag the rest of the pack with it. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This HP 90A-Jumbo 5 Pack

Priced at $169.54, the 5 pack is department stock: five identical CE390A (90A) cartridges, each rated at 10,000 pages, waiting sealed until a machine calls for one. It removes toner from the weekly worry list for a shared workgroup printer. Shipments leave warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA; the shipping & returns page covers delivery and returns, and the wider 90A range sits under HP.
