Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in the five-pack?

Five individually sealed black CE390A cartridges — the 90A — in a single order. Each unit is complete and independent: the pack is a stock of five separate cartridges for your shelf, drawn down one at a time over the coming months.

What kind of printing load is five cartridges the right size for?

A busy single department or a handful of machines. Five 90A units give an office running an Enterprise 600 M602 alongside an M4555 multifunction a deep enough bench that toner stops appearing on anyone's weekly worry list, while staying small enough to store in one cupboard.

What yield does each cartridge in the pack carry?

10,000 pages at standard coverage, and the rating applies to every cartridge individually. First out of the box or last, a CE390A that has stayed sealed in a cool, dry place prints its full rated life when its turn arrives.

How should five cartridges be rotated?

Oldest first, always. Mark the arrival month on each box, fit the longest-stored sealed unit next, and let the count do the managing: when two cartridges remain on the shelf, place the next order so the shelf never quite reaches empty.

Which printers can use cartridges from this pack?

Every machine in the CE390A family — the LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601, M602 and M603 printers and the M4555 series, including the Enterprise M4555f. The whole stock is interchangeable across that family.

What coverage does each cartridge have?

Its own 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. A single cartridge that arrives damaged or fades well short of its rating is replaced or refunded on its own, without any effect on the other four. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
