Frequently Asked Questions

What should I check when a 10 pack is delivered?

Count the sealed units against the order before the box goes to stores — ten cartridges, each bagged and labeled CE390A / HP 90A. Note the arrival date on the carton; that single note drives rotation for the life of the stock.

Who typically orders toner ten at a time?

Central stores and facilities teams feeding several machines across floors or sites. Because one part number covers the entire family, a single shelf line replaces the per-printer stock lists that smaller orders create.

What yield should our inventory plan assume?

10,000 pages per cartridge — the rating published for this listing, and it applies to every unit in the carton. The Jumbo word in the listing's name does not raise that figure, and planning on the stated rating keeps consumption forecasts honest.

How are units issued from a central stock?

Oldest first, one at a time, against whichever machine has flagged low. Sending a unit to a floor is the natural moment to glance at the remaining count; when the shelf drops to its floor level, the next carton is ordered.

Which machines draw from this stock?

Every LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601, M602 and M603 printer and every M4555 multifunction machine in the building, including the Enterprise M4555f — no model-by-model separation is needed.

How does cover work across a bulk carton?

Each cartridge individually carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a single faulty unit is replaced or refunded on its own. Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
