Frequently Asked Questions

What arrives in the 10-pack?

Ten sealed CF281X black cartridges in one shipment — the bulk format of the 81X high-yield unit, each cartridge rated at 25,000 pages and each wrapped separately inside the cartons.

Can the ten cartridges be divided between sites?

That is exactly what this pack is bought for. Because every Enterprise M604, M605, M606 and M630 machine in the organisation takes the same code, facilities teams split the shipment across buildings and each site draws down its own allocation.

How do we keep rotation honest across a whole cabinet?

Date each box on arrival and always pull from the oldest date. In a cabinet holding ten, first-in first-out is the difference between a tidy stock and finding a forgotten, dusty box behind the new arrivals two years later.

What kind of volume does a 10-pack make sense for?

Fleets. A single cartridge rated at 25,000 pages already serves a busy department for a long stretch; ten of them belong in organisations where several machines are printing all day and a stock-out would idle real work.

Anything special about storing this many cartridges?

Only the basics, applied consistently: sealed, flat, dry, and away from heat and direct light. A dedicated shelf in the supply room is ideal — the packaging does the protecting as long as the room cooperates.

What terms back a bulk order like this?

The same as every order: a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, detailed on our shipping and returns page. Freight leaves from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California, and our team answers questions Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
