Frequently Asked Questions
Which toner cartridges does the Oki C5700 use?
The C5700 uses black 43324408, cyan 43381905, magenta 43381906 and yellow 43381907. Note the black cartridge has its own part number (43324408) distinct from the color series — order each color by its exact number.
Why does the C5700's black toner have a different part number than its color toners?
Oki sometimes assigns the black cartridge its own number series when its capacity or formulation differs from the color cartridges — here black is 43324408 while colors are 43381905–43381907. Just match each position to its listed number; the printer expects that exact combination.
Can I use cartridges from a similar-looking Oki model in the C5700?
No — although the numbering looks similar to other Oki families, the C5700 expects exactly black 43324408, cyan 43381905, magenta 43381906 and yellow 43381907. Never substitute cartridges from another model: even one wrong cartridge can prevent the printer from operating, so match every part number to the C5700.
