Frequently Asked Questions

Which toner cartridges does the OKI C8 use?

The C8 uses black 43324401, cyan 43324402, magenta 43324403, and yellow 43324404. It is a compact color printer aimed at personal and micro-office use.

Is the C8 big enough for a home office?

Yes, that is its target. The C8's footprint suits a desk, and the 43324401-series cartridges match light volumes. For a shared office with daily color printing, step up to a workgroup model instead.

My C8 prints color documents with banding. What should I try?

Remove each 43324402 through 43324404 color cartridge and rock it gently to redistribute toner, then reinstall. If banding stays in one color, replace that cartridge; if it affects all colors, clean the LED lens strips.
