Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually buys five black cartridges in one order?

Offices where the printer never gets a quiet week: a front desk, a shipping bench, a small team sharing one C5500-family machine. Five 43324404 cartridges is a stock-up quantity — the point is that toner purchasing leaves your to-do list for a long stretch, and nobody discovers an empty cartridge on a deadline day.

Can we do the full cost accounting on this 5-pack?

Here it is. Five cartridges cost $138.44, which is about $27.69 per cartridge. Five singles at $42.48 would be $212.40, so the pack saves $73.96. Each cartridge is rated at 6,000 pages on this listing, making roughly 30,000 pages per pack and a toner cost of about 0.46 cents per page — the lowest per-page figure in this cartridge's pack ladder.

Will five cartridges still be good when we reach the last one?

Yes. These are dry toner cartridges, not liquid ink; kept sealed, cool and out of sunlight they store for a long time without degrading. The realistic risk with a 5-pack is not spoilage — it is forgetting where you put them, which a labelled shelf solves.

Which printers will use these cartridges?

The Oki C5500n, C5650dn, C5650n, C5800 and C5800Ldn. A site running more than one of these models can hold this one pack as shared black stock, since every one of them takes the same 43324404 cartridge.

Is there any difference between these and the single cartridge?

None in the cartridge itself. A 43324404 from this pack is the same compatible black cartridge as the one sold singly — the pack is purely a quantity and price decision. What changes is the per-cartridge cost, which falls from $42.48 to about $27.69.

What warranty and help come with an order this size?

Each cartridge is covered individually by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns under our shipping and returns policy — a problem with one cartridge does not drag the other four into it. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the rest of our compatible range is on the Okidata brand page.

About This C5500 5-Pack

Five cartridges is fleet thinking, even if your "fleet" is one hard-working printer. This pack puts five 43324404 black cartridges — roughly 30,000 pages of printing on this listing's 6,000-page rating — on your shelf for $138.44, saving $73.96 against buying the same cartridges one at a time and bringing black toner down to about 0.46 cents a page. For a C5500n, C5650 or C5800 that prints every day, it is the pack size that turns toner from a monthly chore into a twice-a-year afterthought.
