Frequently Asked Questions

What do I receive in the ten-pack?

Ten individually wrapped black CE390A cartridges — the 90A — each one a complete, full-capacity unit. They are stocked and issued one at a time from your own store room; nothing about the pack requires them to be used together or in any particular printer first.

Who buys toner ten cartridges at a time?

Facilities and office managers running several Enterprise 600 M601/M602/M603 printers or M4555 multifunction machines under one roof. A single 90A stock line on the shelf replaces a string of small emergency orders, and one purchase order covers the building's monochrome printing for a long stretch.

What yield is each of the ten cartridges rated for?

10,000 pages at standard coverage, per cartridge. The tenth unit out of the box carries the same rating as the first, provided it has stayed sealed — which is why these cartridges are best kept in their wrapping, in a cool and dry store room, until the day they are fitted.

How do I keep a ten-cartridge stock under control?

Count and date on arrival. Note the delivery month on each box, issue oldest first, and let the shelf itself be the inventory record: when the stack drops to your last two sealed CE390A units, the reorder goes in while cover is still in hand.

Which printers draw from this stock?

Any machine in the CE390A family: the LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601, M602 and M603 models and the M4555 series, among them the Enterprise M4555f. One shelf of 90A cartridges serves the whole fleet interchangeably.

What if one cartridge out of ten proves defective?

It is handled on its own. Every unit carries an individual 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a single faulty cartridge is replaced or refunded without the remaining stock being affected. Questions are answered Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This CE390A Ten-Pack

At $320.60, the ten-pack is the central-stores option for the 90A family: ten sealed CE390A cartridges, each rated at 10,000 pages, bought once and issued as the building's Enterprise 600 and M4555 machines call for them. It suits buyers who manage toner as inventory rather than as a series of urgent errands. We deliver from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA; the shipping & returns page holds the delivery and returns details, and the rest of the range sits under HP.
