Frequently Asked Questions

What is the total page budget of this five-pack for the Xpress M2670?

Fifteen thousand pages: five MLT-D115L cartridges rated at 3,000 pages each. In reams, that is thirty reams of paper printed from one box. For a team M2670 printing 1,250 pages a month, the pack is a full year of toner bought in a single order.

How much does the pack save against buying singly?

Work it out per cartridge: $22.27 inside the pack against $37.06 on its own. Multiplied across five cartridges and 15,000 pages, the gap is $73.93 - the pack costs $111.37 where five separate orders cost $185.30 - and the per-page toner figure falls from roughly 1.24 cents to about 0.74 cents. Same cartridges, cheaper route.

How should a five-pack be worked through so no cartridge sits too long?

Use them in the order they arrived and keep the unopened ones sealed, flat, cool and dry. Toner is patient - a sealed cartridge waits happily for a year or more - but rotation keeps the oldest stock moving first and the seals intact until the moment of fitting.

Can the pack also feed the other Samsung printers here?

Yes. Nothing in the box belongs to the M2670 alone: the cartridge is the platform unit, and it also powers the SL-M2820DW, SL-M2830DW, SL-M2870FW, SL-M2880FW and SL-ML2830DW, and the Xpress M2620, Xpress M2670, Xpress M2820, Xpress M2870, Xpress M2880FW and Xpress M2830 DW. Whichever of those machines runs dry first takes the next cartridge, at the same $22.27 pack price.

What happens if a cartridge partway through the pack proves faulty?

That cartridge alone is returned under its one-year warranty, free of charge within its year of free returns - the other four stay in service. Cover is per cartridge, so a mid-pack fault is a routine return, not a dispute. The process is set out on the shipping and returns page.

How fast will the pack reach us, and who do we talk to?

Orders leave whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA gets the box to you soonest. If anything about the order needs untangling, support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
