Frequently Asked Questions

What am I paying extra for with the Premium C310DN set?

Nothing — and that is worth stating plainly. This Premium Quality set is priced at $64.38, exactly the same as the standard C310DN four-color set, and it carries the same ratings: up to 3,500 pages for the black cartridge and up to 3,000 pages for each color. There is no premium charge in the price and no premium boost in the yield. You get the same four compatible cartridges — Oki part numbers 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703 — at about $16.10 each.

Which part numbers should I check on my current cartridges?

Before ordering, glance at the labels in your C310DN: the black should correspond to 44469801 and the three colors to 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703. If those are the numbers your printer uses, this set covers every one of them in a single box, so a full refresh takes one order instead of four.

Can I replace the cartridges one at a time?

Yes. The printer monitors each cartridge separately, and each cartridge in the set is sealed individually. Swap the black (44469801) when it runs out, and hold the colors until each one is actually spent. On a desktop printer used mostly for documents, black will normally cycle two or three times before a color needs attention.

How long will one set keep a C310DN running?

For a single user or a very small team printing a few hundred pages a month, the 3,500-page black rating alone can stretch close to a year, and the 3,000-page colors longer, since color usually accounts for a smaller share of pages. Those estimates assume ordinary documents; dense color work at well above 5% coverage will shorten them noticeably.

What if one of the cartridges prints poorly?

Every cartridge in the set is protected by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. Fading, streaking or an early failure is covered — contact us and we will replace or refund the cartridge under those terms, which are laid out in full on our shipping and returns page. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Where does my order come from?

We ship from four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — choosing the one that gets your set to you soonest. If you also maintain other Oki printers, the rest of our Okidata selection covers their sets too.

About This Okidata C310DN Premium Quality 4 Color Set

Four compatible cartridges for the Okidata C310DN — black (Oki 44469801, up to 3,500 pages) and cyan, magenta and yellow (Oki 44469701, 44469702, 44469703, up to 3,000 pages each) — for $64.38 total, about $16.10 per cartridge. One honest note about the title: the Premium Quality version of this set is priced and rated identically to the standard version, so you are choosing between two listings for the same value, not between a basic and an upgraded product. Sets ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses, and each cartridge is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, with support available Monday–Friday, 9–5 Central.

For owners of Oki MC562w, Oki MC890, Oki MC950, Oki C330dn, Oki C331dn, Oki C530dn, Oki C531dn and Oki MC362W, the color question ends at this four-color set. Those four numbers — 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703 — can each be reordered singly when one color runs down ahead of the rest.
