Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Premium Quality C711N set a different product from the standard C711N set?

By the numbers on the listings, no: same $137.17 price, same ratings — black up to 11,000 pages, each color up to 11,500 — and the same four cartridges. The difference is the listing name, and this block is not going to manufacture a spec gap that is not there.

What arrives if I order this one?

Four cartridges covering black, cyan, magenta and yellow — the complete set numbered 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604. Every toner position on the C711N is refreshed in a single change.

Which printers is it listed for?

The C711N, plus the C711dn and C711dtn. One set specification serves all three models, which keeps shelf stock simple for mixed C711 fleets.

How long should a set last a small office?

With ratings of 11,000 pages on black and 11,500 on each color, a small office printing a few hundred pages a week is looking at a long interval between set changes — color-heavy work shortens the color side first, as with any four-cartridge machine.

What coverage do I get with these compatibles?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns on the set. Read the details on our shipping & returns page, and browse alternatives on the Okidata page.

When is support available?

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA.

About This C711N Premium Quality Set

This Premium Quality listing carries the C711N's standard four-cartridge set — 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604, black to 11,000 pages and colors to 11,500 each — at the same $137.17 as the standard listing. The value here is the set itself: complete four-position coverage for the C711N, C711dn and C711dtn, not a premium tier on top of it.
