Frequently Asked Questions

One color on my C711N is fading but the others look fine — should I still buy the full set?

That is a judgment call this listing cannot make for you. The set replaces all four positions at once; if only one color is low, a set means the other three cartridges get shelved or swapped early. Plenty of C711N owners still buy it to have every color on hand — just know the box is all four cartridges, not a single-color purchase.

What are the four cartridges rated at?

The black cartridge is rated up to 11,000 pages, and the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges are each rated up to 11,500 pages under standard coverage. Real yield follows your documents: mostly-text printing leans on black, presentation work leans on the colors.

What part numbers does the C711N set use?

The set is built on the four numbers 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604, presented together as one set. Match those numbers when you reorder and you will land on this same box.

Does the same set fit the networked duplex models?

Yes — the listing also covers the C711dn and C711dtn. The C711N takes the same 44318601–44318604 set as its bigger siblings.

How much is the set, and what backs it?

$137.17 for the four cartridges — about $34.29 per cartridge on average. These are compatible cartridges covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; the terms are spelled out on our shipping & returns page.

How do I get the set, and get help afterwards?

Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the rest of the range is on our Okidata page.

About This C711N Four-Color Set

The C711N gets the same complete four-cartridge set as the rest of the C711 line: black, cyan, magenta and yellow under the 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 numbers, black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500. At $137.17, it is the one-box answer when a networked C711N needs a full refresh rather than a single-color stopgap.
