Frequently Asked Questions

Which replacement toner is compatible with the Dell B2360?

The Dell B2360 uses the Dell cartridge family that includes 1V7V7, 2PFPR, 331-9803, 331-9805, 331-9806, 593-11165, and more. Match the part number on your old cartridge to be sure you get the right color.

Why did my B2360 toner run out faster than the rated yield?

A full set for the B2360 (1V7V7, 2PFPR, 331-9803, 331-9805, 331-9806, 593-11165, and more) lasts exactly as long as your coverage demands: text-only printing stretches toward rated yields, while full-page color documents consume toner several times faster. Your actual cost per page depends on what you print.

Which driver settings give the best quality on the B2360?

On the B2360, quality lives in three driver choices: resolution (higher for graphics), paper type (must match the tray), and color mode. Set those correctly and the printer delivers clean output; persistent graininess points to a low cartridge in 1V7V7, 2PFPR, 331-9803, 331-9805, 331-9806, 593-11165, and more.
