Frequently Asked Questions

How does the $64.38 price break down across the four cartridges?

Evenly, as a simple average: about $16.10 per cartridge. Inside the box sit a black cartridge rated at 3,500 pages and three color cartridges rated at 3,000 pages each. We quote the per-cartridge average only as set math — the set is sold as one unit, and we do not attach a separate per-color price, because the four ratings differ and a blended per-page figure would mislead more than it helps.

Premium Quality is in the name — am I paying for that?

No. This Premium Quality MC362W set is priced at $64.38, identical to the standard MC362W set on our shelves, with identical ratings. If the word "premium" ever justifies a higher price somewhere, it should come with higher numbers attached; here it does not, so here it is not charged for.

What part numbers should I see on my current cartridges?

One of 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 or 44469703 — the group this set corresponds to. Find any of them on an outgoing cartridge label and you are holding the right listing.

Can I install the cartridges weeks apart?

Certainly. They are separately sealed, so the natural pattern — swap the empty one today, the next one next month — works perfectly. Keep the waiting cartridges in their boxes, in a drawer rather than on top of the warm printer.

What is the return window if I order the wrong set?

A full year, and returns are free; each cartridge is also under a 1-year warranty. Order in haste, repent at leisure — the details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Does support cover setup questions as well as orders?

Yes — installation hiccups, reorder questions, order status. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Shipments originate from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California depending on your address.
