Frequently Asked Questions

What arrives when this ProXpress C2620DW set is delivered?

Four sealed cartridges for your C2620DW: CLT-K505L black, CLT-C505L cyan, CLT-M505L magenta and CLT-Y505L yellow. The black carries a 6,000-page rating; each colour is rated at 3,500 pages. The set is priced at $131.86.

How long should one set last our office?

Add the ratings together and the set holds 16,500 pages. At a steady few hundred pages a week, that stretches across the better part of a year; at a thousand pages a week it is roughly a quarter's worth. Your mix matters too — the 6,000-page black suits text-heavy workloads, while colour-heavy printing leans on the 3,500-page colours.

Will the black outlast the colours?

On this platform, usually yes. The black's rating is close to double each colour's, which matches how most offices print: far more black text than colour. Expect the colours to ask for attention first if your output is colourful, and plan the next order around whichever slot reports low first.

How should I store the cartridges I am not fitting yet?

Keep them sealed, flat, and somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight — a supply cupboard is ideal. Toner powder does not dry out, so a cartridge stored properly is ready to perform months after delivery.

What if one of the cartridges turns out to be faulty?

Every cartridge in this set is covered by a 1-year warranty, and returns are free within the first year — the process is described on our shipping & returns page. Support can help Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Where does my order ship from?

From the closest practical of our four warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — chosen against your delivery address when the order is processed.
