Frequently Asked Questions

Is it worth keeping a spare set like this on the shelf for our C2620DW?

If the machine matters to your day, yes. A boxed set waits without deteriorating — toner is a dry powder and does not dry out — so the spare is ready the moment a cartridge gives out. At $131.86 for 16,500 rated pages, the shelf set is cheap insurance against a stalled workday.

This is the Premium Quality version — why is it the same $131.86 as the standard set?

Because the contents are the same, and this page would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. Premium Quality here is a listing label, not a different cartridge: the four CLT-505L units inside, and their ratings, match the standard ProXpress C2620DW set exactly.

What is in the set, in full?

CLT-K505L black rated at 6,000 pages; CLT-C505L cyan, CLT-M505L magenta and CLT-Y505L yellow rated at 3,500 pages each. Four cartridges, one for every slot in the C2620DW.

We print lightly — how long might one set serve us?

A long while. Sixteen and a half thousand rated pages at a light weekly pace stretches across many months, and because sealed toner keeps, there is no penalty for buying capacity ahead of need.

What protection comes with the cartridges?

A 1-year warranty on each cartridge, plus free returns throughout the first year — the terms are published on our shipping & returns page.

Who can I talk to, and where does the order ship from?

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Dispatch is from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, routed to suit your address.
