Frequently Asked Questions

This C2620 set says Premium Quality — does that wording push the price up?

It does not. This Premium Quality listing is priced at $131.86, exactly the same as the standard ProXpress C2620 set, and the honest position is that the label itself is not a feature. What you are paying for is the same four CLT-505L cartridges either way; judge the listing on its contents and ratings, not its adjectives.

So what is actually in the box?

The platform's four cartridges: CLT-K505L black with a 6,000-page rating, and CLT-C505L cyan, CLT-M505L magenta and CLT-Y505L yellow at 3,500 pages each — 16,500 rated pages in total for your C2620.

What does that work out to, page by page?

Across the set's combined rating, $131.86 over 16,500 pages is roughly eight-tenths of a cent a page. Per cartridge it is about $32.97. High-yield ratings like these are why a set at this price keeps a colour machine's running costs predictable.

Is it sensible to keep a set like this on the shelf as a spare?

For a machine the office depends on, yes. Sealed toner does not dry out the way ink does, so a boxed set waits patiently until it is needed — and having it on site turns a low-toner warning from an emergency into a two-minute swap.

What warranty and returns come with it?

Each cartridge is a Clever Supplies compatible unit covered for a full year, and returns cost you nothing inside that first year. The wording is laid out on our shipping & returns page.

Who do I contact, and from where do orders ship?

Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Stock ships out of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, routed from the location that best fits your delivery address.
