Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Premium Quality" in this MC561DN set's name actually get me?

Honest answer: it does not get you a higher price or a different page rating. This Premium Quality set for the Okidata MC561DN costs $64.38, exactly the same as the standard listing of the same set, and the yields are identical too — the black cartridge is rated at up to 3,500 pages and each color at up to 3,000 pages. We are not going to invent a difference that is not in the numbers. What you get is a complete four-cartridge compatible set covering the Oki part numbers 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703, backed by the same warranty and returns terms as every compatible cartridge we sell.

What exactly arrives in the box?

Four cartridges: one black and one each of cyan, magenta and yellow. Together they cover the four Oki part numbers this printer family uses — 44469801 for the black slot and 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703 across the three color slots. It is a full refresh set, so a single order restocks every position in your MC561DN at once.

Why is the black rated at 3,500 pages while the colors are 3,000 each?

That split is normal for this cartridge family. The black cartridge (part number 44469801) carries a 3,500-page rating and each color cartridge (44469701, 44469702, 44469703) carries a 3,000-page rating, all measured at the standard 5% page coverage. In real offices black usually does the heavy lifting — emails, invoices, reports — so the ratings simply reflect how these printers are used. Dense color documents will drain the color cartridges faster than the ratings suggest.

Our MC561DN is shared by a whole team. How should we plan around this set?

Because an MFP like the MC561DN prints, copies and scans for several people, toner use is driven by the whole team's volume, not one person's. A practical approach: install the full set together so all four cartridges start fresh at the same time, then watch which color your team burns through first — marketing-heavy teams often drain magenta or cyan early. You can replace single colors later as they empty; nothing forces you to change all four at once after the first set.

What happens if one cartridge in the set gives me trouble?

Every compatible cartridge in this set is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. If a cartridge underperforms — faded output, streaks, a cartridge the printer complains about — contact us and we will make it right under those terms. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.

How fast will I get it, and who do I call with questions?

Orders ship from whichever of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — gets the set to you fastest. If you want to double-check anything before ordering, our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central. About This Okidata MC561DN Premium Quality 4 Color Set

This is a compatible four-cartridge set for the Okidata MC561DN multifunction printer, covering Oki part numbers 44469801 (black) and 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703 (colors). At $64.38 for all four cartridges — about $16.10 per cartridge — it works out to a straightforward, low per-cartridge cost for a shared office machine, with the black rated up to 3,500 pages and each color up to 3,000 pages. The "Premium Quality" wording in the listing title does not change the price or the ratings versus the standard set, and we would rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. Every cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, and sets ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California warehouses with support available Monday–Friday, 9–5 Central.

Fitment on this four-color set spans Oki MC562w, Oki MC890, Oki MC950, Oki C330dn, Oki C331dn, Oki C530dn, Oki C531dn and Oki MC362W. Singles of 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703 are listed separately for one-color top-ups.
