Frequently Asked Questions

How long can I store the unopened cartridges from this set?

Stored sealed, cool and dry, spare cartridges wait patiently — that is the whole point of buying the MC361 MFP set ahead of need. Keep the boxes away from heaters and sunlit windowsills, install them in the order you bought them, and the last one out of the drawer performs like the first. The black is rated at 3,500 pages and each color at 3,000 pages whenever you get around to installing them.

Does the Premium Quality name mean this set costs more than the standard one?

It does not — and we think you should know that before you buy, not after. This Premium Quality listing is $64.38, the same $64.38 as the standard MC361 MFP set, with the same ratings. No invented difference, no quiet markup for a label: four compatible cartridges at roughly $16.10 apiece either way.

Which part numbers does this set cover?

The group is 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703. Those are the numbers to compare against the labels of the cartridges currently in your MC361 MFP.

Our MFP scans and copies all day — which cartridges wear fastest?

Whatever the office feeds it most. Black-and-white copying leans on the 3,500-page black; color copying of flyers and forms leans on the three 3,000-page colors. Watch which side of the machine's work is heavier and you will know which rating to reorder against — though with a full set on the shelf, the practical answer is simply "the next one in the drawer."

What if a cartridge misbehaves right after I install it?

It is covered: 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns apply to every cartridge in the set, first installed or last. Start with our Shipping & Returns page for the steps, or call during support hours and we will walk it through.

How fast can I get a replacement set if we run dry?

Orders dispatch from our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, so delivery routes stay short. Support answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you want to check stock or timing before you order.
