Frequently Asked Questions

Why does a two-pack exist between the single cartridge and the five-pack?

Because most M2020 owners sit in the middle: they print steadily enough to hate running dry mid-job, but not heavily enough to stock five cartridges. Two MLT-D111S cartridges — one in the machine, one on the shelf — cover that middle ground neatly.

What do the two cartridges work out to each?

The pack is $53.31, so about $26.66 a cartridge and roughly 2.67 cents a rated page across the 2,000 pages the pair holds. Two singles bought apart would cost $71.80, so the two-pack saves you $18.49.

How long will two cartridges last a home M2020?

At thirty pages a week, the pair's 2,000 rated pages run to well over a year. A small office printing thirty pages a day instead gets through them in about three months — page count, not the calendar, is what spends a cartridge.

How should the spare be stored while the first is in use?

Sealed in its bag, lying flat, somewhere cool and dry. Toner powder keeps its quality in the packaging for a long time, so the spare will be ready whenever the fitted cartridge fades.

Which printers does this two-pack fit?

The Samsung Xpress M2020 named on this listing, its M2020W, M2021, M2022 and M2022W relatives, and the MLT-D111S multifunctions: M2070, M2070F, M2070FW, M2070W, M2071, M2071FH and M2071W.

What guarantee covers the pair?

Both cartridges carry a one-year warranty, and returns stay free for a full year — see the shipping and returns page for the terms. We dispatch from IL, PA, GA and CA, and support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
