Frequently Asked Questions
Which toner cartridge does the B720DN take?
Your B720DN takes 52123601 and 52123602 — a single black toner cartridge that drops into the front of the printer in seconds.
How do I fix streaks on prints from the B720DN?
Vertical streaks on the B720DN usually come from a dirty LED printhead lens or a worn drum rather than the toner itself. Gently wipe the LED lens with a dry, lint-free cloth; if lines persist after cleaning, the image drum may be due for replacement.
Is the B720DN network-ready?
Yes — the B720DN includes built-in Ethernet, so the whole office can share it. Give it an IP address (DHCP works out of the box) and install the driver on each computer.
