Frequently Asked Questions
We run several of these printers — does one pack size really cover a small fleet?
That is what this 5-pack is for. Every cartridge is the same 52123603, and that one cartridge serves the Oki B710dn, B710n, B720dn, B720n, and B730dn alike. A single stock item for up to five printer models means no per-machine supply bins and no risk of ordering the wrong cartridge for the wrong printer.
What does the math look like at five cartridges?
The pack is $350.50, or $70.10 per cartridge — $73.95 less than five singles at $84.89. Total rated capacity is 130,000 pages (26,000 per cartridge), which puts toner at roughly 0.27 cents per page, the second-lowest per-page figure in this cartridge's pack range.
How do we rotate five cartridges without one sitting too long?
Label each box with its arrival date and always install the oldest first. Keep the shelf stock sealed, flat, and at room temperature. A printer that prints a few thousand pages a month cycles through a 26,000-page cartridge in well under a year, so a five-pack normally turns over comfortably inside the cartridges' shelf life.
Our printers are in different buildings — can the pack be split?
Yes. The cartridges are individually packaged units of one identical supply item, so you can send two to one site and three to another. They are all covered the same way regardless of which of the listed Oki models they end up in.
What backs these cartridges if one fails early?
They are compatible (non-OEM) cartridges, and Clever Supplies backs them with a 1-year warranty plus 1-year free returns — see the shipping & returns page for the terms. Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our IL, PA, GA, or CA warehouses.
Why is the yield on this listing 26,000 pages per cartridge?
Because the 52123603 is the high-yield (HY) cartridge for this printer family — 26,000 pages at the standard 5% coverage measurement is its rated capacity. Real-world life varies with what you print: text memos track the rating closely, while heavy graphics and dense forms use toner faster.

Five 52123603 high-yield cartridges, 130,000 rated pages, $350.50. This pack is aimed at offices running more than one Oki B710dn, B720dn, or B730dn — anywhere a single shared supply shelf beats five separate orders. At $70.10 per cartridge it is the point where our compatible Okidata line gets genuinely economical for fleet use, while still being a quantity a busy office turns over in a reasonable time. Every cartridge carries the same warranty and returns coverage described above.
