Frequently Asked Questions
Can we do the full cost-per-page accounting on this 3-pack?
Yes, and the numbers are simple. The pack is $217.70 for three 52123603 cartridges rated at 26,000 pages each — 78,000 pages in total. That is $72.57 per cartridge and roughly 0.28 cents of toner per page. Against buying three singles at $84.89 ($254.67), the pack saves $36.97 over its life.
Who is a three-cartridge pack the right size for?
Offices that plan supplies quarterly. If your B710dn or B720dn prints around 6,000–7,000 pages a month, three cartridges are approximately a year's supply bought in one order — one purchase order, one delivery, no mid-quarter scramble when a printer stops mid-job.
All three cartridges are identical?
Yes. Every unit in the pack is the same black high-yield 52123603 cartridge, and each one works in any of the Oki B710dn, B710n, B720dn, B720n, or B730dn printers. There is no "starter" or lower-capacity unit mixed in — each is rated at the full 26,000 pages.
How should we store the cartridges we are not using yet?
Keep them sealed in their bags, stored flat in a normal office environment — no hot supply closets near radiators, no direct sun. Rotate stock so the oldest cartridge is installed first. Stored that way, a spare keeps for the shelf life printed on its packaging without affecting print quality.
What if one of the three turns out to be a problem cartridge?
These are compatible cartridges covered by our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — the terms are spelled out on the shipping & returns page. Contact support (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CST) and we will sort out a replacement or return for the faulty unit; you do not have to send back the whole pack.
Is the 52123603-HY in the name the same cartridge as the plain 52123603?
Yes — 52123603 is the part number, and HY simply flags the high-yield 26,000-page version of it, which is what every cartridge in this pack is. If your printer's supply list or an old invoice shows 52123603, this is the matching item.
