Frequently Asked Questions

How does this 3-pack sit on the price ladder?

The single 52123601 cartridge is $93.04, so three bought one by one would total $279.12. This 3-pack is $242.11 — a saving of $37.01, with the per-cartridge average down to about $80.70. It sits between the 2-pack and the deeper bulk packs as the middle rung.

How much printing do three cartridges represent?

Each cartridge is rated at 26,000 pages, so the box holds 78,000 pages of rated capacity for your B710DN. For an office printing 6,500 pages a month, that is roughly a year of toner in a single order.

Are the three cartridges all the same?

Yes — three of the same compatible Okidata 52123601 black cartridge, the one that also serves the B710n, B720dn, B720n and B730dn. If your fleet mixes those models, this stock can feed whichever machine runs dry first.

Is a 3-pack the right size for a quarterly purchasing cycle?

For a mid-volume department it fits well: one cartridge installed, two in reserve, and a reorder point you can see coming months ahead. Very light users will find a single or 2-pack ties up less cash; very heavy users save more further up the ladder.

What if a cartridge from the pack misbehaves?

The pack is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns — terms are on the shipping & returns page — and the support team is on hand Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.

Where does the order ship from?

From our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. One consolidated box also means one delivery for your office to receive instead of three separate single-cartridge orders across the year.
