Frequently Asked Questions
Which toner cartridges fit the Oki MC851cdtn Plus?
The MC851cdtn Plus uses black 44059165, cyan 44059166, magenta 44059167 and yellow 44059168. These are specific to this model family — do not substitute cartridges from the C830/C831 series, which use different part numbers.
What does “cdtn Plus” mean on the MC851cdtn Plus?
The letters describe the configuration: c for color, d for duplex, t for extra tray and n for network — “Plus” denotes the upgraded bundle. It is an A3-capable color multifunction machine, and the 44059165–44059168 toner set is matched to that wide-format workload.
Can the MC851cdtn Plus print 11" x 17" color copies?
Yes — it handles tabloid/A3 media for both printing and copying, which is the point of this model class. Wide color copies consume the 44059166–44059168 color toners quickly, so keep spares if you copy large-format originals regularly.
