Frequently Asked Questions

What does the "Plus" in this listing's name mean for my order?

Practically, it is simply the variant name on this MC851CDTN Plus listing. What you receive is the same kind of four-cartridge set — black, cyan, magenta and yellow under part numbers 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 — at the same $137.17 price and with the same ratings: black up to 11,000 pages, each color up to 11,500. If you are reordering, match the part numbers rather than the word "Plus."

Can I replace just one empty cartridge, or is this an all-or-nothing set?

You can replace one at a time. The four cartridges are separately packaged, so a low magenta can be swapped today while the remaining three stay sealed for later. The set format is about buying convenience, not an installation rule.

Which machines does the listing cover?

It names the Oki C711dn and C711dtn. Anyone running a different model should check their current cartridge numbers against 44318601 through 44318604 first — that is the safest way to confirm a match.

Are these genuine Oki cartridges?

They are compatibles, not Oki originals. Every set carries a one-year warranty and one-year free returns; the details live on our shipping & returns page.

How should I store the cartridges I don't install right away?

Keep them sealed, flat, and in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stored that way, an unopened cartridge waits patiently until its color runs low — there is no need to rush the whole set into the machine.

Who do I contact if a cartridge misbehaves?

Call support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, and the wider range for other printers sits on the Okidata brand page.

About This MC851CDTN Plus 4-Color Set

Strip the name down and this is a complete four-color refresh for the MC851CDTN Plus at $137.17 — an average of about $34.29 per cartridge, with the black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500. The "Plus" wording does not change the price, the yields or what lands in the box compared with the other listings in this family, so choose it with confidence if it is the listing in front of you, and judge the match by the four part numbers. One-year warranty and one-year free returns stand behind every set.
