Frequently Asked Questions

This listing says "Premium Quality" — does that change the price or the contents?

Honestly, no: this MC851CDTN Plus Premium Quality set costs $137.17, exactly the same as the standard listing, and the box holds the same four cartridges under part numbers 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604, with the same ratings — black up to 11,000 pages, each color up to 11,500. We will not invent a difference the price tag does not support; pick whichever listing you prefer.

What is actually inside the box?

One black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow cartridge, each sealed on its own. That lets you change a single color as it empties instead of disturbing cartridges that still have life in them.

Which printers does this set fit, according to the listing?

The Oki C711dn and C711dtn are the models named. For anything else, line up your printer's cartridge numbers with 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 before you buy.

What protection comes with a compatible set like this?

A one-year warranty and one-year free returns — the full wording is on our shipping & returns page. If a cartridge fails early, you are not stuck with it.

Why are the color cartridges rated higher than the black?

That is simply how this family's ratings fall: 11,500 pages for each color against 11,000 for black, both at roughly 5% coverage. Real life varies with what you print — photo-heavy pages drain colors far faster than text drains black.

How fast will I hear back if I need help?

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders leave our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, and you can browse the rest of the range on the Okidata brand page.

About This MC851CDTN Plus Premium Quality Set

The useful facts about this set are plain: $137.17 for four cartridges — about $34.29 each on average — black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500, sold under the shared part numbers 44318601 through 44318604. The Premium Quality wording on this listing does not add a cent to the price or alter what ships, and we would rather tell you that straight than dress it up. What you do get is a complete refresh in one order, sealed cartridges you can install one at a time, and a one-year warranty with one-year free returns behind it.
