Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly arrives when I order this MC851CDTN set?

Four cartridges in one box — one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow — so a single order refreshes every color position in the machine at once. The set is sold under the four Oki part numbers 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 as a group. The black cartridge is rated up to 11,000 pages and each color up to 11,500 pages at standard coverage.

Do I have to install all four cartridges at the same time?

No. Each cartridge is individually sealed, so you can swap only the color that has run out and keep the rest in the box. Many offices do replace the full set together when the MC851CDTN has been running on an old mix of cartridges, because it resets every color to the same starting point, but nothing forces that.

Which printers is this set listed for?

The listing names the Oki C711dn and C711dtn. If your machine is a different model, compare its cartridge numbers against 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 before ordering — the part numbers are the reliable check.

Is this an original Oki product?

No — these are compatible cartridges built to the same specifications, not Oki-branded stock. They are covered by our one-year warranty and one-year free returns, which you can read in full on our shipping & returns page.

How long does a full set usually last in an office?

That depends entirely on volume and coverage. The ratings assume about 5% page coverage; a print room pushing heavy color graphics will cycle through cartridges much faster than an office printing mostly letters and invoices. At the rated yields, a full set covers well over ten thousand pages per color position.

Where does my order ship from, and who can I call?

We ship from four warehouses — IL, PA, GA and CA — so most orders travel a short distance. Questions before or after ordering? Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and more sets for other machines are listed on our Okidata brand page.

About This MC851CDTN 4-Color Set

This is the straightforward full-refresh option for the MC851CDTN: all four positions in one box at $137.17, which works out to roughly $34.29 per cartridge on average. The ratings are honest high-capacity numbers — black up to 11,000 pages, each color up to 11,500 — and because the cartridges are sealed individually, buying the set commits you to nothing: install what the machine needs today and shelve the rest. Every set leaves one of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses and is backed by a one-year warranty plus one-year free returns.
