Frequently Asked Questions

My machine is badged 6015V/N. Is this genuinely the set for it?

Yes. The letters after 6015 describe how the machine itself is equipped — its configuration and connections — not a different supply. Every WorkCentre 6015 variant, this one included, runs on the same four cartridges, so a set listed for any 6015 is a set listed for yours.

Which four cartridges are they?

Black is 106R1630, cyan is 106R1627, magenta is 106R1628 and yellow is 106R1629 — one of each in this set. If the cartridge you removed shows any of those four codes, you are looking at the right family, whatever the badge on the machine's front panel says.

Our 6015V/N is shared over the network. Does that change anything?

It changes how fast the colours go, not what fits. A shared machine collects colour jobs from several desks, and colour pages consume the 1,400-page cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges far faster than the black's 2,000-page rating gets used. A complete set in reserve is what stops one colleague's empty colour becoming everyone's stalled afternoon.

Which other printers take this exact set?

The rest of the platform: the base WorkCentre 6015 and WorkCentre 6015V/B, plus the print-only Phaser 6000 and Phaser 6010N. This listing is named for the WorkCentre 6015V/N, but the cartridges travel across the whole family.

Should the whole set go in at once on a shared machine?

Only if the whole set is due. Each position swaps independently, and on a shared machine the disciplined approach is to replace the colour the panel names and log the date — the rest of the set stays boxed as the office's spare stock, ready for the next name on the display.

What cover comes with the cartridges?

Every cartridge is protected by a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year; you will find the terms on our shipping and returns page. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and the support team works Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This WorkCentre 6015V/N Four-Color Set

Variant badges cause more wrong orders on this platform than anything else, so let this page be plain: if your machine is a 6015V/N, its toner is 106R1630, 106R1627, 106R1628 and 106R1629, and this set puts one of each in your hands for $68.36. Supplies for the rest of the family are gathered on our Xerox toner page.
