Frequently Asked Questions

Our C2620DW's colour pages look washed out — will a fresh full set put that right?

In most cases, yes. Colour that fades evenly is the classic signature of cartridges running low on toner, not of a machine failing. This set replaces all four at once — CLT-K505L, CLT-C505L, CLT-M505L and CLT-Y505L — so density comes back across every colour together. If only one colour looks weak, changing that single cartridge first is the cheaper diagnosis.

Which cartridges does this set contain?

The four named in the title: the CLT-K505L black, rated at 6,000 pages, and the CLT-C505L cyan, CLT-M505L magenta and CLT-Y505L yellow, each rated at 3,500 pages — 16,500 rated pages in total, for $131.86.

Which of the four cartridges is likely to run out last?

The black, in most offices. It is rated at 6,000 pages while each colour is rated at 3,500, and day-to-day printing leans heavily on black text. Colour-heavy workloads close the gap, but in mixed use the colours usually ask for replacement first.

Does copying on the C2620DW use this toner too?

Yes — a copy is printed output, so it draws toner exactly as a print does. Scanning to email or a folder uses none, which is why scan-heavy, copy-light offices find a set lasts them longer than the page ratings alone suggest.

What does the set cost per page?

At $131.86 across a combined 16,500-page rating, the blended figure is roughly eight-tenths of a cent per page — about $32.97 per cartridge.

What warranty and returns come with these cartridges?

Every cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty, and returns are free within the first year — full details on our shipping & returns page. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses.
