Frequently Asked Questions
Who genuinely needs eight cartridges at once?
Two kinds of owner. The first runs a Dell 1230 family printer hard enough that a full set — black 330-3012 plus cyan 330-3015, magenta 330-3014 and yellow 330-3013 — is a short-lived thing, and wants two complete refreshes on the shelf. The second runs two printers from this family and stocks for both from one order. Eight cartridges is eight slots' worth of toner: two full changes of a four-slot machine. If neither description fits, the standard four-cartridge set is the more sensible buy.
What does the eight-cartridge set contain?
Eight compatible cartridges drawn from the family's four part numbers: the 330-3012 black rated at 1,500 pages, and the 330-3015 cyan, 330-3014 magenta and 330-3013 yellow rated at 1,000 pages each. Per-cartridge ratings are exactly what they are in the smaller sets — bulk packaging does not change what is inside each cartridge.
How does the bulk price work out?
The 8-cartridge set is $187.97, which averages about $23.50 per cartridge. Set against two separate four-cartridge sets at $103.22 each — $206.44 in total — buying the eight together saves $18.47. It is the lowest per-cartridge figure in this family, earned by committing to two refreshes at once rather than by any change in the cartridges themselves.
Does buying in bulk change how long the toner lasts?
No. Each black still carries a 1,500-page rating and each color 1,000 pages at the standard 5% coverage, and this family remains what it is: a compact desktop line with modest cartridge sizes. Eight cartridges simply means the change rhythm — frequent, by workgroup standards — is answered from your own shelf twice over before you need to think about reordering again.
How should we store and rotate eight cartridges?
Keep them sealed, flat, and in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, and work through them in the order they arrived so no cartridge sits for an extreme length of time. Sealed toner is shelf-stable, so a planned stock like this is practical — but rotation discipline is what turns a bulk buy into a reliable one, especially in a warm supply room.
What warranty and returns cover a bulk set?
Every cartridge in the set is covered individually by our 1-year warranty, and returns are free for a year if one does not perform — the terms are on our shipping and returns page. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California.
