What does the "Premium Quality" wording in this listing's name actually get us?
Honestly, the same set you would receive under the plainer listing. The cartridges are the same four part numbers, the price is the same $321.67, and the yields and warranty terms match. "Premium Quality" is a label on the listing, not a different fill, a higher rating or a separate tier of cartridge, and we would rather say that plainly than let a name imply otherwise.
So which cartridges, exactly, are in the box?
One cartridge per position for the CopyCentre C2128: black 006R01175, cyan 006R01176, magenta 006R01177 and yellow 006R01178. Four sealed cartridges, nothing more and nothing less — if a purchase order or a storeroom list needs the specification, those four numbers are the whole of it.
What page counts stand behind those four numbers?
The black cartridge is rated at approximately 26,000 pages and each of the three color cartridges at approximately 16,000 pages, under standard test conditions. Dense color pages — full-page graphics, heavy backgrounds — draw a color down faster than the rating suggests, while plain correspondence sips at it, so read the figures as planning benchmarks rather than promises.
Only our magenta is fading. Can the rest of the set wait?
Yes. Fit the magenta 006R01177 now and keep the black, cyan and yellow cartridges sealed in the cupboard. There is no clock running on an unopened cartridge, and splitting the set across several change dates is exactly how most offices consume it. The box simply makes sure the day a color fades is never the day you discover you have none.
How should the spares be kept until their turn comes?
Flat, in their seals, in an ordinary office cupboard — away from heat sources and strong sunlight. Because the contents are dry powder, there is no ink to thicken or dry, and a cartridge stored this way for months will install and print like one that arrived last week.
What if we ordered against the wrong model by mistake?
Keep the seals intact and talk to us. The set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, with the details on our shipping and returns page. Support answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders are dispatched from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. The rest of the Xerox lineup is gathered on the brand page if a different machine needs feeding instead.
About This Xerox CopyCentre C2128 Premium Quality 4 Color Set
This listing is the four-cartridge toner set for the CopyCentre C2128, priced at $321.67 and named "Premium Quality" without that name changing a single specification: black 006R01175 at roughly 26,000 pages, cyan 006R01176, magenta 006R01177 and yellow 006R01178 at roughly 16,000 pages each. Judge it by the numbers on the boxes and the terms behind them — those are identical whichever of the two listings you arrived through.
