C5450
The Okidata C5450 rounds out the C5400 generation as a color laser printer for offices that produce high volumes of color documents. Like its siblings, it uses Type C6 toner — 42804504 black and 42804501, 42804502, 42804503 color cartridges at 3,000 pages each — with high-yield versions available when the monthly page count climbs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What toner fits the Oki C5450?
The C5450 uses the 42804501 (black), 42804502 (cyan), 42804503 (magenta) and 42804504 (yellow) cartridges — shared with the C5300 and C5400 series.
Why do my C5450 colors look different from my monitor?
Monitors and printers reproduce color differently — screens use emitted light while the C5450 lays down the 42804502–42804504 toners on paper. For closer matches, run the printer's color calibration and use the manufacturer's color profiles in your design software; exact screen-to-print matching is not achievable, but calibration narrows the gap.
How often should I replace the C5450's toner cartridges?
Only when they are empty — the printer monitors the 42804501–42804504 cartridges individually and warns you per color. There is no time-based replacement schedule; a cartridge that sits half-full for months is still good as long as prints look right.
