Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Premium set give my C330 more pages than the standard set?

No. The ratings are the same on both listings: the black cartridge (Oki 44469801) is rated at up to 3,500 pages and each color (Oki 44469701, 44469702, 44469703) at up to 3,000 pages. The price is the same too — $64.38 either way, about $16.10 per cartridge. We would rather tell you plainly that "Premium Quality" in this title does not correspond to extra pages or an extra charge than let the wording imply an upgrade that is not there.

What will my color prints look like with these cartridges?

You should expect clean, even color on documents, charts and everyday graphics, with consistent density from cartridge to cartridge. Like any toner, output quality also depends on the printer's drums and settings, but faded or streaky color from a fresh cartridge is not something you should accept — that is exactly what the warranty is for.

What is in the box?

Four cartridges — one black and one each of cyan, magenta and yellow — covering Oki part numbers 44469801, 44469701, 44469702 and 44469703. Each is sealed separately, so the set can go straight into the printer as a full refresh or sit as an organized stock of spares for your C330.

How long does a set typically last?

At a few hundred pages a month of mixed office printing, the 3,500-page black rating can carry you the better part of a year and the 3,000-page colors a similar span, because most pages are black-dominant. Full-color brochures and photos consume far more than the 5% coverage the ratings assume, so a graphics-heavy workflow will cycle the colors noticeably faster.

What happens if a cartridge disappoints?

Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. If one prints badly or fails early, contact us and we will make it right under those terms — the policy is detailed on our shipping and returns page. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Where will my set ship from?

From the nearest of our four warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California. If you are equipping more than one Oki model, you will find their cartridges in our wider Okidata catalog.
