Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this cartridge sold as a pair?

Because the second cartridge is the one that saves the day. One C7115A goes into the printer and the other stays sealed on the shelf, so a cartridge that runs dry mid-job is a two-minute swap instead of a two-day wait for a delivery. The carton holds two black 15A cartridges, at $51.08 for the pair.

How do I confirm the 15A fits my machine before ordering?

Read the label on the cartridge already in the printer. If it says C7115A, this pair is the same cartridge in a two-pack carton. The part number is the identity that matters — it cuts through any confusion between similar-looking LaserJet models.

Each cartridge is rated at 2,500 pages — what does that mean here?

The rating is per cartridge: each of the two units in this carton is a full 2,500-page 15A cartridge, identical in fill to the single. When the first one finishes, the second starts its own full run — you are buying two complete cartridges, not one cartridge split across two shells.

How should the spare be stored while the first one works?

Leave it sealed in its bag and carton, lying flat in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and heaters. Stored that way, a sealed toner cartridge waits patiently for months. Write the arrival date on the carton if you want a simple first-in, first-out habit.

When should I break the seal on the second cartridge?

When the first one's output fades and stays faded — pages pale from top to bottom are the honest signal. A gentle rock of the old cartridge may squeeze out a few last pages for an urgent job, but once the paleness returns, open the spare and let it take over.

What protection covers this two-pack?

Both cartridges carry a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. If a unit misbehaves, you are covered for a replacement or a refund, and our support team is reachable Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST if you would rather talk it through.

About This 15A Two-Pack

Built around the way a shared HP LaserJet 3300 actually gets used, this two-pack keeps one C7115A black cartridge in the machine and one in reserve. Each is rated at 2,500 pages, and the pair is $51.08 — a rhythm that fits a small office that cannot afford a silent printer on a deadline morning.
