ET-5150 Ink: DURABrite ET Pigment in All Four Tanks The ET-5150's ink section is the EcoTank Pro formula in full: DURABrite ET pigment ink for "crisp, vibrant prints in black-and-white and color" — Epson's own phrasing, and it applies to the colors as much as the black. Replacement yields: black up to 7,500 pages, each color up to 6,000 (ISO/IEC 24712, Epson methodology).
For an office, all-pigment means the color handouts survive coffee and rain along with the contracts — no dye bleed. It also means the ink choice is not flexible: this printer's shelf is 542 pigment, not the dye-color bottles of the home EcoTank families.
