Frequently Asked Questions

My 6015V/NI seems to be an uncommon variant. Is this really its cyan?

It is. The 6015V/NI is one of the less common badges on this platform, which is why supplies are best ordered by part number rather than model name: the cyan it loads is the 106R1627 on this listing, the same cartridge the rest of the family uses. Check the number on the cartridge you remove — if it reads 106R1627, you are in the right place.

What do I receive for the price shown?

One cyan cartridge for $31.99. The listing name says "Cartridges," but this is a single-cartridge purchase, not a bundle. Black, magenta and yellow for the machine are separate part numbers — 106R1630, 106R1628 and 106R1629 — each sold on its own listing.

How should I plan around the rated yield?

The cartridge is rated at up to 1,400 pages at 5 percent coverage — roughly 2.28 cents per page at $31.99. For an uncommon variant, the practical move is to plan one cartridge ahead: when the fitted cyan starts to fade, the replacement is already in the drawer, and ordering never becomes urgent just because your model is the rare one.

Why does low cyan spoil colours that are not blue?

Because cyan is a mixing colour. Greens are cyan plus yellow, and a wide range of tones borrow some cyan to stay balanced. As this cartridge empties, greens yellow, blues pale toward pink, and photographs lose their cool tones — a whole-palette drift that a fresh cyan corrects immediately.

Does this cartridge also serve other machines?

Yes — the same 106R1627 runs in the WorkCentre 6015, WorkCentre 6015V/N and WorkCentre 6015V/B, and in the Phaser 6010, Phaser 6010N and Phaser 6000 printers.

What cover comes with the cartridge?

A one-year warranty and free returns for a full year, with full details on our shipping and returns page. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and support runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
