Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of operation goes through eight cartridges — is this an annual supply buy?

It can be exactly that. High-volume departments, copy rooms, schools, and small fleets running this platform often budget toner once and stop thinking about it: eight cartridges at $44.49 each can anchor a year of supply for a busy machine. Even if your horizon is shorter, buying at this depth simply locks in the lowest per-cartridge price in the family.

How does the per-cartridge price compare across the range?

At $355.90 for eight cartridges, you pay $44.49 per cartridge — lower than the $55.13 black single, the $62.51 color single, and the effective per-cartridge cost of the smaller packs in this family. If you know the machine will eventually use them, the eight-pack is where the unit economics are best.

How do we store eight cartridges without them getting in the way?

They stack neatly sealed in their boxes; a single shelf or cupboard section is enough. Keep them flat, at room temperature, away from sunlight and heat sources, and mark the purchase date on each box so rotation stays first-in, first-out. Support can talk you through storage questions Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Which machines will this pack keep running?

The pack holds cartridges for Ricoh Aficio MP C3500 and MP C4500. Both models share the same four-cartridge family, so the full pack can serve a single high-volume machine or be spread across the two models wherever the demand shows up.

Do the cartridges in the pack get consumed at the same rate?

No — consumption follows your workload, not the box count. Black cartridges are rated at 23,000 pages and color cartridges at 17,000 pages each, and offices typically lean harder on one class than the other. When the pack eventually runs unevenly low on one color, top up with a single cartridge of just that color rather than another full pack.

What warranty and return coverage comes with a pack this size?

Every cartridge is covered individually by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, the same as a single purchase. A defective cartridge is replaced or refunded on its own, and unopened surplus stays returnable inside the year window. The complete terms are on our shipping and returns page.
