Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually buys toner five cartridges at a time?

Offices that have learned what an empty cartridge costs them. On a shared departmental copier, a toner outage never lands at a quiet moment — it lands on deadline day. A five-cartridge pack keeps a real buffer on the shelf so the machine is never waiting on a delivery, and the per-cartridge price rewards the planning: $44.77 a cartridge against $55.13 for a black single and $62.51 for a color single.

How does the per-cartridge math work out?

The pack is $223.84 for five cartridges, which is $44.77 per cartridge. Against single-cartridge prices of $55.13 in black and $62.51 in each color, every cartridge you pull from this pack instead of ordering alone saves you money, and one shipment replaces a string of separate orders and delivery charges.

What yields do the cartridges in this pack carry?

Yields follow the cartridge class: black cartridges in this platform are rated at 23,000 pages, and color cartridges at 17,000 pages each. Consumption pace will still differ by color depending on your mix of text, charts, and full-color work, so plan your reorder point around whichever cartridge your office burns through fastest.

Which machines does this five-pack supply?

It stocks the cartridges for Ricoh Aficio MP C3500 and MP C4500. The two models draw from the same cartridge family, so the pack can support one busy machine or be shared across both models if your office runs the pair.

How should we rotate stock so no cartridge sits too long?

Keep cartridges sealed and stored flat in a cool, dry cupboard, and use simple first-in, first-out rotation: new arrivals go to the back of the shelf, and the oldest box is always the next one installed. Writing the purchase date on each box when it arrives makes the rotation foolproof even when several people pull supplies.

What coverage backs a pack like this?

The same as any single cartridge: a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, applied per cartridge. If one unit in the pack streaks or falls short, it is replaced or refunded on its own — the rest of your shelf stock is unaffected. Full terms are on our shipping and returns page, and support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
