Frequently Asked Questions

How does a six-cartridge set change our ordering routine?

It turns toner from a recurring errand into a stocked shelf: six cartridges at $552.86 means the next several low-toner warnings are answered from the cupboard instead of a checkout page. For a shared department machine, that also removes the risk of a deadline landing in the gap between warning and delivery.

What page life should we plan around?

Plan by class: every black cartridge in this family is rated at 20,000 pages and every color at 15,000 pages, at standard 5% coverage. Across six cartridges that is a long runway for a busy office — but coverage-heavy color work will always pull the real totals below the ratings.

Does our machine take these cartridges?

This set is produced for Ricoh Aficio MP C2800 and MP C3300, the platform behind the 8886 listing name. All six cartridges share that fit, so if your copier runs the 8886 family, the set belongs in it — and we are glad to double-check a model number before you commit to a six-cartridge order.

Is buying six at once too much for a single machine?

For a lightly used machine, honestly, it can be — sealed cartridges store well over a year, but a machine printing a few hundred pages a month may never reach the last box in a sensible time. For a department doing thousands of pages monthly, six is a reasonable working stock rather than an excess.

Can the set be split across two machines?

Yes — nothing in the bundle ties the cartridges to one device, and two machines on the same platform can draw from the same shelf. Many offices keep one shared stock for a pair of copiers and reorder when the shelf, not a single machine, runs low.

What happens if we find a problem months from now?

Each cartridge carries its own one-year warranty and a year of free returns, set out on our shipping and returns page. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and a fault in one cartridge is resolved on that cartridge alone.
