Frequently Asked Questions

What do I get in this two-pack?

Two individually sealed black cartridges, each carrying the W1470X part number from the 147X family, in one order at $189.85. The natural rhythm is one cartridge in the printer and its twin waiting on the shelf, so a swap never has to wait for a delivery.

How should I rotate the pair?

Simple first-in, first-out. Fit the cartridge that arrived first — in a single order like this both are the same age, so either can go in — and note the fitting date on the spare's box. When the installed one runs out, the dated spare goes in and the reorder goes out the same day.

How long can the sealed spare sit in a cupboard?

A long time, provided it stays sealed, flat, and in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight and radiators. Toner does not dry out the way ink does; a cartridge kept properly will print perfectly when its turn comes, months after delivery.

How do I confirm both cartridges are right for our M611n?

Each unit's label carries the code. If the cartridge currently in your LaserJet Enterprise M611n reads W1470X, both of these match it. The 147X family name on the outer box is the same identity in shorthand — and the identity runs across the team's whole fleet, the M610dn and M610n, the M611dn and M611x, the M612dn and M612x, and the M634h, M635z and M636z multifunctions.

What does the yield look like across a pair used this way?

Every cartridge in the pack is rated at 25,200 pages on its own. In practice that means the installed cartridge covers a long run of network printing, and the moment it fades, its replacement is already in the building — the pair is about continuity, not just capacity.

Are both cartridges protected if one turns out faulty?

Yes — the cover applies per cartridge: a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns across the order. Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST if you need help with either unit.

About This 147X Two-Pack

For a shared HP LaserJet Enterprise M611n that a whole team prints to, this two-pack of W1470X cartridges at $189.85 builds the spare into the purchase: one working, one waiting, each rated at 25,200 pages. Nobody has to monitor a gauge daily when the backup is already on the premises. A team whose volume drops back can return to the standard-yield 147A (W1470A) two-pack for the same machines.

The pack ships from the nearest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and our shipping & returns page explains delivery and returns handling. The rest of the range for this family is catalogued under HP.
