Adding a network cable to the formula, the Brother HL-L5100 pairs the same 42-ppm duplexing engine as the HL-L5000 with standard Ethernet networking. It is the wired workgroup answer for offices that need shared mono printing but have no use for wireless. With the TN850 high-yield toner (about 8,000 pages) and DR820 drum, per-page costs stay low even under shared-office demand.
